BU-SHI MARTIAL ARTS SEMINAR 2010
KSD Martial Arts is a modern form of non-competitive self-defence, suitable for all ages and physical abilities.
It is based on three principles, its movements must be:

Beneficial to overall health

Natural and easy to perform correctly

Practical and effective for self defence
We have a non-bullying policy and expect our students to honour their promise, pledge and tenets.
Classes are as follows;
Ross Institute, Halkirk
Sunday.
Juniors and Lil' Lions 1.45-2.45
Seniors 2.45-3.45
1st Scout Hall, Thurso
Tuesday.
Juniors and Lil' Lions 7.00-7.45
Seniors 8.00-9.00
The Primary School Gym, Castletown
Friday.
Juniors and Lil' Lions 7.00-7.45
Seniors 8.00-9.00
(During school term only)
If you are interested in martial arts and would like to see what we do please come along to either Thurso, Castletown or Halkirk, also if any of our current members know anyone who they think may enjoy our classes please invite them along too.
